Today was awesome! Hit my goal and some! Key points today: park running is awesome, ran by a beach was nice, running in the city people are actually nice and move out the way. 6 bottles of water and one Gatorade later…success.
WHY HELLO THERE! Good morning and welcome to the first installment of destination run (fun) as we begin to explore the state of Massachusetts. As much of a pain that it is to take public transport it actually is quite helpful in order to wander and explore.
Oh also I’m doing this whole training thing for this journey coming up so what better way than to multitask.
Current goal: 20 miles, stodderd neck.
I hear the sights are beautiful so for this 7am run…(yeah I know I’m crazy) why not push.
Am I gonna shoot for more…of course but I need to rack up miles so no racing for me this time around. I might be checking back in halfway point but if not don’t fret—I’ll try to snap photos and hopefully meet people :D 😁

Here goes nothing!

Getting back to what I love…free running! 4 yesterday and 10 today was pretty goo haul. Trying to work on slowing my pace down for this upcoming journey. (i would call it a race but come on) I started slowing introducing fish into my diet just because I missed it but I gotta cut that out. Besides it was making me feel sluggish any way.
I NEED GREENS!!—meaning veggies of course and loading them up! Drastically cutting back the dairy consumption (sorry chobani) and…PIZZA!..yeah that’s gonna be tough but I need to push. Ramping up work and school and training should be interesting but that makes me much more excited to get out there.
Side Note—I need a friggin GoPro! The awesome things that I see on my runs are tough not to want to capture. Sorry for the little boy lemonade stand! Next time I will bring money!!
